Christina Kosti

Christina Kosti is a Research Scientist in Exercise Physiology and Performance Coach — and a former elite track & field athlete who represented Greece internationally, earning 9 national medals and qualifying as a Youth World Championship finalist.

She specializes in strength & conditioning, sport-specific performance, injury prevention & rehabilitation, and long-term health, bringing firsthand experience of high performance sports to her coaching.

Over the past seven years, Christina has worked in Greece, the Netherlands and Switzerland delivering evidence-based programs across a wide and diverse clientele, from general and clinical populations to elite athletes and high-profile professionals.

Her work integrates exercise physiology, data-driven performance analysis, and real-world coaching to bridge the gap between scientific research and applied human performance.

Her mission is to help individuals achieve peak performance, sustainable health, and longevity.
